Lunch will be a Taco Bar with choice of carne asada or chicken, served with Spanish rice, and choice of pinto, black, or refried beans. Also served with sliced seasonal fruit, fiesta salad, corn and flour tortillas, house salsa, guacamole, sour cream, shredded cheese, and churros. 
For those who requested a gluten free or vegetarian option, there will be a ticket in your name badge to ensure a meal is provided to you at lunch service.
Important Notice:
Event Staff will be resetting the linens between 1:15-1:30, we encourage attendees to exit the ballroom and continue visiting or eating in the Hotel lobby/Bistro area.
