About me
Debbie Rees is an educator with 25 years experience in the Cache County School District. Prior to retirement, she had transitioned into managing mental health, and social-emotional learning at a district level. Fueled by her passion for teaching, and recognizing a need for more resources for adults and youth who are struggling to thrive amidst personal challenges, Debbie developed a presentation on creating happiness through caring for self and others. She has shared her message with many diverse audiences including youth, educators, parents, and corporate groups. Debbie finds balance through beekeeping, gardening, staying connected to friends, and exploring new scenery in and out of Utah with her husband and family.
