Jillian Orr is the founder and owner of Catalyst, a company dedicated to supporting non-profits by offering free workshops on reducing staff turnover and effectively managing Gen Z employees. With extensive experience in hiring, training, and development, Jillian has honed her expertise as the Director of Hiring, Training, and Development at the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Salt Lake, where she has made a significant impact on organizational growth and team cohesion.
Jillian holds a Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion certification from Cornell University and an Organizational Leadership certification from Harvard University and is currently pursuing her master's degree in Organizational Psychology at the University of Hartford. She is a passionate advocate for creating inclusive work environments and is frequently invited to speak at conferences and events. Known for her engaging presentations, Jillian combines her skills as a trainer and coach with her commitment to empowering others.
Outside of her professional life, she enjoys exploring nature, attending community events, and volunteering for causes close to her heart. Jillian’s work reflects her dedication to fostering positive change in the non-profit sector and beyond.
